This is a must-have tool for your pack! Not only is it used for metal detecting, dredging and dry washing, it's awesome for gardening around the house! Easily scours out bedrock and irregular surfaces. Has 5 independent spring steel rods pointing downward. By moving the sliding rod attached to the spring steel rods can regulate the width. The finger follow the irregular contour of bedrock and surfaces for ease of digging. It is also super light weighing under 8 ounces!

We first received the idea from the Gold Lady, Retta. So we made up a few prototypes and found and thought it was a great idea. The pick digs faster with less effort. So I took the new prototype up on my mining trip up on the Yuba river and I liked the new improvements.
It is great when you have a brother that lends his cool toys like his Minelab GPX 6000 and SDC2300 for me to use. There is always a Big lecture about taking care of his equipment properly. Over and over and over.
Back to the pick when using the pick I really liked the flat edge. This allowed me to drag or rake the material out flat so I could find the targets faster.
One other issue I am average sized guy 5.11 and I did not care for the fact that had to bend over when raking or digging so we extended the handle to 36" long and I find it much easer in my back.

These picks are built with AR500 Hardened Armor Plate Steel Head that offers abundant strength and resilience in all conditions. equivalent to a hardness of Rockwell 50 and is the same as our rock crusher wear plate. The high density fiberglass handle makes these picks the lightest in the industry and the foam rubber grip stops slipping hands in even the roughest of
conditions. Each pick head is equipped with a Rare Earth Super Magnet that quickly
